New Beginnings Today was founded on a simple but profound belief — that every person carries within them the capacity for renewal. We created this center as a place where that renewal could happen: slowly, naturally, and in community.
Over the years we have walked alongside myriads of individuals and families through difficult times, life transitions, and crises. We combine ancient wisdom, plant medicine, and the healing power of the Maine forest to offer a truly integrative experience of transformation.
