We are excited to share that we are in the process of creating a community service program in partnership with a local high school! The centerpiece of this program will be the collaborative building of an earthship greenhouse — a hands-on learning environment where students can explore permaculture, sustainable agriculture, and regenerative land stewardship.

Beyond gardening, students will engage with a wide variety of sustainable building practices including earthship construction, masonry using stone sourced directly from our land, carpentry with repurposed lumber, and earthbag construction. The goal is to give young people real-world skills they can carry with them for life.

We are also launching a Home Economics component covering practical life skills such as basic sewing, soap-making, candle-making, beekeeping, and food canning — reconnecting students with time-honored traditions of self-sufficiency and care.

We are currently working with one high school and are actively looking to expand this opportunity to other groups, organizations, and youth programs. If you are interested in getting involved or bringing your group to participate, we would love to hear from you!
